Publishing a newsletter is not an function of
the Hartford Lakes Homeowners Association as there are no requirements for a
newsletter in the Association's governing documents.
The Board of Directors does recognize the value members have for
occasional neighborhood newsletters so the Board is normally willing to
cover the cost of printing, assembling and mailing a newsletter if the
current budget allows.
If you are interested publishing a newsletter contact a member of the
Board of Directors.
