2008 Capital Reserve Study In order to help ensure financial preparedness for the Association the Board of Directors had the Capital Reserve Study updated in 2008. Draft 2008 Capital Reserve Study 2004 Capital Reserve Study As approved by a vote of the members at the 2004 Annual Homeowners Meeting, the Board contracted with an engineering company to have a Capital Reserve Study completed. The Board obtained bids from the following three companies: Affiliated Building Consultants 1827 Powers Ferry Road, Suite 100 Atlanta, Ga. 30339 Caruso Engineers 1065 Powers Place, Suite B Alpharetta, Ga. 30004 Ray Engineering, Inc. 1505 Lilburn-Stone Mountain Road, Suite 250 Stone Mountain, Ga. 30087 The Board ultimately selected Ray Engineering for this work and obtained the following reports: Caution: These are large files and may take considerable time to download if you are a using dial-up connection.
